The venue features a large reception area, 2 vast spaces, wood burning fireplace, spacious meeting room with bath en suite, chef's kitchen, powder room, 3rd floor terrace, ceiling heights up to 25', curb cut and garage entrance, making it ideal for production sets, as well as for a variety of social, corporate, and private events.
Open Auditorium With Private Garden
Conveniently located in the heart of Manhattan with a parking garage just across the street, this recently renovated ballroom is a unique and elegant venue with columns, mirrored Palladian windows, and a half flight of stairs that leads to a feature that is very rare in the city: a beautiful garden with a brick terrace and a Gazebo.
Guests may enter the ballroom either from the garden or from a canopied entrance, which opens to a 13' by 20' entrance or receiving hall with coatrooms and restrooms.
Large double doors lead guests to the 42' 56' ballroom, which accommodates approximately 150 guests for a seated banquet or 120 to 130 with a dance floor, and 230 guests for a reception.
The caterer's kitchen has a separate entrance from the street, a swing door to the ballroom and a Hobart commercial dishwasher that washes and dries each load within minutes.

Unique Waterfront Event Venue in Long Island City

Bohemian National Hall
For more than a century, the Bohemian National Hall has been a cultural, educational, athletic and social center for Czech and Slovak immigrants. This grand building was commissioned by the Bohemian Benevolent and Literary Association (BBLA), designed in the Renaissance
revival style by architect William C. Frohne and constructed between 1895 and 1897.
In 1994, the building was designated a New York City landmark by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. In 2001, the BBLA transferred ownership of the Bohemian National Hall to the Czech Government for a symbolic one dollar. The Czech Government agreed to completely
renovate and restore the interior of the building. The building was re-opened in October 2008 and functions as a lively multi-purpose center.
The Bohemian National Hall, open to the public, provides five different venues where events can be held: Cinema, Multifunctional Room, Grand Ballroom, Ballroom Balcony with a connecting VIP Conference Room and Rooftop Terrace.
“…step inside [Bohemian National Hall] for a postmodern surprise: a sleek white-on-white lobby emblazoned with catchphrases and quotes, multimedia screen projections, and a glassed-in art gallery.”
