From the moment we booked the New Venice Beach Front Apartment, it was smooth sailing. Our host Mika went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and delightful stay for our group of 15 adults. Her communication skills were top-notch and she was extraordinarily attentive to our needs. 🌊 Location, Location, Location! The property's beachfront location was nothing short of spectacular. 🏠 Home Sweet Home! The home itself was beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Everyone in our group couldn't stop raving about it! 🔝 Rooftop Deck with a View! The rooftop deck was the cherry on top—complete with a hot tub overlooking the beach. It's safe to say that it became our favorite hangout spot. 🛒 Convenience at Its Best! The proximity to stores and entertainment was an added bonus, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. I can't recommend this property enough. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience, look no further!

Sara is the greatest host I’ve ever met!!! She’s flexible on time. My husband and I were hosting a gender reveal party at this place, she allowed us to have some buffer time to finish decorations before the event!!! Also, Sara was very welcomed when we asked to check out the place in person to see how we should decorate it. This place is 100% match the picture as shown! Beautiful and well designed! All of our friends and families loved it and had so much fun! The money was well spent and worth it! I would 120% recommended!!
