This space is one of New York City’s most unique event venues, featuring a historic 1000 sqft loft, centrally located in Soho, with plenty of natural light and its rustic Americana design. It will undoubtedly impress you and your guests! Our designer event space is the perfect spot for your birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, engagement, wedding, product launch, charity parties. Multiple rental options are available from small corporate meetings to social gatherings and parties. RENTAL OPTIONS: + Main venue hall + Lounge Area (Additional fees may apply ) MAIN VENUE HALL: Our space is decorated with custom-made furniture taken from actual barns across the US. The space features a DJ booth overlooking the venue and also modular furnishings designed to be used for events of all kinds. Multiple arrangements can be created to host any type of event from a corporate presentation to a holiday pop-up shop. LOUNGE/CONFERENCE ROOMS: The Lounge/Catering rooms are located adjacent to the main hall and are comprised of 2 rooms that can be joined or kept separate according to your needs. It can be converted into a lounge for a more comfortable arrangement, it can serve as a catering/bar area if you'd like to keep those functions away from the main hall or it can be divided into 2 separate rooms to serve as break-out rooms. Your possibilities are limited by your imagination. ( main venue + lounge room together ) ADDITIONAL FEES: Weekend hourly rate (Fri-Sat-Sun) - $500 per hour Cleaning Fee - $200 (will apply to all bookings) Security Guard Fee - $45 per hour (might apply to some bookings/ depending on the guest count multiple security guards will be mandatory) + Bartender Fee - $35.00 per hour RULES: Please note that all events consuming liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls.
