We open the doors at the start time you requested. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to grant you a 15-minute head start OR a 15-minute grace period to load out. Any additional overtime will be charged the hourly rate in half-hour increments. OUR RULES: Some of the art work at the venue can be used for production only with a release. Please ask before you use them for your shoot. Please do not remove books from the library shelves. The floor is polished and lacquered and can be damaged and scratched easily. Please ask us to help with moving furniture or props. We ask that you not drag the furniture or props across the floor. Please return all furniture and props to their original place. It's best if you take before photos to remember where to return items. We will charge $50 to return items not returned to their original place, if multiple items are not returned. Please do not use tape that could damage the floor or the paint on the walls. Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls. Please ask before you plug into any electrical outlet, especially if your device may draw more than 10 Amps or 1200 Watts. Please make sure to return all props and other items you borrowed from the staff. Please confirm with staff that you have returned the items. There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow. Please leave the venue as clean as you found it. We will charge for cleanup required beyond simple detailing and trash removal. PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow smoking or the use of any drugs inside the venue (unless used for props). We do not allow the consumption of alcohol during film or music video production. The number of people in your booking request should include all persons who will be physically present at the venue - crew, cast, guests etc.

Bright, modern space with 15' ceilings and a full kitchen. Bright, spacious, and open. There are two bedrooms and a bath on the mezzanine level if you'd like to book it for an overnight stay in addition to your event. It's great for smaller (60 people or less) events and special occasions. Parking is usually available on Ashland in front of the building, if not you can park on the curb cut between the street and sidewalk; it's next to the garage. See the last picture for a map. There are 10 chairs in addition to the couch and accent chairs. We have an extra folding table and extra chairs if needed, and many people bring more. The pool table can easily be converted to a table as well. Optional add-ons include the promotion of your event using our exterior digital sign ($75.00/day), or even an overnight stay in our newly remodeled sleeping accommodations on the mezzanine level. Overnight stay if you've booked an event: $275/night. If you'd like this option you'll need to book the space until midnight and let us know you'd like to spend the night. Check-out is 10 am the next day. Loud music and smoking tobacco are strictly prohibited at this property. Other than that, as long as you leave the place as you found it, you can use the space as you wish. We collect a $600 *refundable* security deposit up front that will be returned as long as there's no damage or lingering smells (like cigarette smoke).
