Please know that we are taking EXTRA sanitary precautions at the loft to ensure you and your guests can relax and enjoy your booking with us. We use all CDC approved cleaning agents before and after every booking, and spray, wipe all surfaces, handles, doorknobs, etc. The home is also professionally cleaned. Masks, gloves, Clorox wipes and sanitizer is provided. 13x13 popup tent available for outdoors for social distancing. There are two separate outdoor spaces.

2,500-square foot designer home with touches of mid-century modern, bohemian, and Swedish, Scandinavian, décor. The home newly renovated and impeccably furnished. The spacious living room, dining room and white open chef’s kitchen with Bosch appliances, all have amazing natural light in the open-concept layout.
Large zen-inspired master bedroom has a king-size bed and sofa with coffee table, and opens to a courtyard lounge. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and gorgeous natural light, and opens to the expansive back deck with beautiful tropical landscaping. The office is perfect for holding talent, hair/make-up/wardrobe, and storing equipment, and includes a rolling rack, seamless and a commercial steamer. Guest bathroom has a soaking tub and marble counter top with double sinks. The master bathroom an open floor plan with slate floors and walk-in shower.
7,500 square-foot lot is landscaped with drought tolerant plants in the front and tropical plants in the back.
The garage is a "PROP CLOSET" additional staging options, kitchen supplies, kitchen appliances, décor and furniture at no additional cost. The home is production friendly with many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible.
All the artwork has been made by the me, so ALL OF THE ARTWORK IS CLEARED.
I am a Producer, I understand the rigors of production, and have designed the home with that in mind - by providing what you need to make your shoot as easy as possible.

7,500 sq.-foot space with lots of character and versatility. The main area has a bar, wooden dance floor, stage, chandeliers, sound and lighting systems, and a piano area. There is also a backstage / lounge area with a pool table and a separate rustic-looking restaurant area. Our space has been described as bohemian and elegant/rustic/industrial.
Film/music video shoots and events have used our space for a Great Gatsby-themed backdrop, Mexican/Asian restaurant, brewery, jazz performance, stand-up comedy, fashion show, video game or other product launch event, seminars etc.

The Valley Capri is a private residence that features the quintessential vintage California aesthetic and Palm Springs pool vibes.
**Rate listed is for low-impact Still Photography projects with a crew less than 10. We offer test rates, low-impact handheld video, and standard film rates. Please inquire about your project for correct rates.
Built in 1953, The Valley Capri has been restored from the ground up, bringing it back to it's glory days in the 70's of North Hollywood.
Within the 1,700 sq ft single-story floor plan, you can find an array of backgrounds that suit your retro theme or time piece project. Everything in this property is authentic and true to the decade -- making it a unique location with access to a plethora of 50's - 80's references that would be near impossible to rent or recreate for a single shoot.
The backyard teleports you to a poolside getaway featuring cactus-lined white washed walls, striking 8x20 ft. breeze block wall, mid century lounge chairs and patio sets. Covered patio surrounded with hanging plants and bohemian shell hangers . Furthest corner of the yard features a wood burning malm with 70's spectrum patio dining furniture and a smaller breeze block section. Back and front yards are lit most of the day due to south facing position of the home.
There is one open room used for HMU, wardrobe, and rest area. Provided in that space is seating, folding tables, and a rolling rack.
Due to the delicate and irreplaceable contents of our home, we do not offer any other spaces indoors to set up HMU, wardrobe, or hold non-working bodies and equipment.
The entire property works as a hot set and is best suited for low-impact, still photo shoots with minimal equipment and crew.
For larger productions and video rates, please inquire within regarding rate and accommodation requirements for larger crews.
We have a 1987 White El Camino, 1965 Gold Dodge Dart, and 1978 Dodge American Clipper RV on the property that are available for rental. Please inquire within as these are not included in the hourly rate and will not be available for shooting without rental.
Mid-Century Modern / Open White Kitchen / Backyard
Our bright mid-century modern style home located on the border of Culver City right off the 10 freeway.
Inside you'll find 1350 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds in need of a modern, relaxed aesthetic with mid-century modern and Scandinavian accents. Enjoy an immense amount of natural light, a bright all-white and marble kitchen with an island, a dining room table that seats four and a well-appointed living room with exposed beams and Carrera marble fireplace.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with access to backyard with firepit and a full bathroom with clean lines. The guest bedroom has a full-size bed with gorgeous natural light opening up to the backyard with sitting area. The guest bathroom includes a his and her dual sink along with waterfall shower head.
The back of the home has bi-fold doors that open up to a guest house which is outfitted with a newly landscaped grassy area with native California plants and decomposed granite. The fully furnished guest house with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed, full bathroom with rainfall shower, kitchenette and outdoor seating area are all in the neutral gray family. It is perfect for talent holding, storing equipment, wardrobe, hair/makeup or can be used for shooting as well.
Our laundry room is also available to shoot.
The entire home has neutral wood plank floors.
Use of guest house is an additional $25/hr for all hours of shoot.
We provide many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible. Our driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and with available street parking.

Brick Walls & Rustic Wood Floors in DTLA
This a gorgeous 2,000 sq ft loft with high ceilings in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. It has brick walls and rustic wood floors. The space is located on the top floor (7th floor), allowing the large industrial window to let in an optimal amount of natural light and sweeping view of the DTLA cityscape. The window is dressed with black velvet blackout drapes and white sheer drapes, which can diffuse the light. There is a 14ft x 12x chalkboard wall for people to draw their own backgrounds or just mess around. There is an elevator with the option of stairs. As well as a freight elevator. There is a vanity mirror for make up, cabana changing room and wardrobe rack. Included are two Alien Bees B800s, trigger, light stands, and backdrop stands. There is eclectic furniture, which can be easily moved around. A 3.1cu. ft mini fridge to keep your food and drinks cold. There are two restrooms located across the hall.

Opening pricing shown here based on photo shoot 10 hour day, filming/commercials/music videos are more expensive: $2500 crew size 1-15 / $3000 crew size 21-25 / $3500 crew size 26-30. Over 30 crew is billed @ $150 per person. Site rep and permitting could be required. 1 bathroom avail for senior staff. Covered catering area, truck parking and large backyard. We charge a Scout deposit $100 non refundable which will be applied to rental (no look-y-loos). Only serious professional productions please / were film industry peeps. We do not offer discounted pricing for low budget productions :)

Our home has many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible. There is a wide variety of plants, books, pillows, accessories and mirrors for you to use. The kitchen is full of appliances, gadgets, plates, serving dishes, etc. You may use all of them. Appliances include Vitamix, Coffee Machine, Nespresso. There is no additional fee.
STREET PARKING: Monday (Eastside) - 12-3. Tuesday (Westside) 12-3.
CEILING HEIGHTS: 10 feet in Kitchen and Living Room. 14 feet in Master Bedroom, and Dining Room. 8’3 feet in downstairs bedrooms.
