Experience our stunning Natural Light studio with 22’ high ceilings, expansive south-facing windows, and breathtaking views of Downtown Miami. Features include a huge white wall backdrop, full blackout shades, and RGB color-changing lights throughout. Our space is perfect for: - Lifestyle shoots - Interviews - Fitness shoots - Fittings and castings - Yoga classes - Podcasts - Documentaries - Television and film production - Pop-up fashion boutiques - Music videos - Art galleries - Social mixers - Meetings and presentations - Product photography - Corporate meetings - Classes - Social media content creation - Events - Movies and brand activities *Features* - Expansive daylight photo studio loft with 22’ ceilings and an elevated second-story platform for overhead shots. - Outdoor space with two balconies, natural grass, and stunning city views, ideal for brand activations, yoga classes, fashion shows, or outdoor lifestyle shoots. - South-facing natural light studio with large hurricane impact windows. - Ample room for your entire team, including a sky loft MUA area. - Voice-activated RGB lighting throughout for effortless light changes. - Permanently installed Triple Versipanel acoustical wall for excellent interview environments. *Rates* - Production/Photography/Videography: $100 per hour (2-hour minimum) - Events/Retreats/Workshops/Functions/Gatherings: $150 per hour (4-hour minimum) *Additional Information* Please note that some of our listing photos are pictured with AddOns: Stainless cube, Bar stools, Smart tv are all shown and available in our AddOns menu. Please pre-order all add-ons in advance of your booking. Our add-on chairs are limited to small quantities and are intended for prop use only. For larger chair or table rentals, please contact us, and we’ll provide details of our preferred vendor who handles delivery and pick-up from the studio. The team was very responsive and helpful. Location is good. One thing I recommend is to modify the alarm so it doesn't ring every time we open the door.
