The space is located on the top floor (7th floor), so out of each window is a gorgeous view of DTLA. There is an elevator with the option of stairs. As well as a freight elevator. The office has an incredible geometric mural that is amazing for shooting, wardrobe, or make up. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler, etc. There are two bathrooms located directly across the hall. It is fully equipped with two AC's and a ceiling fan. There are black velvet drapes, which can be pulled to the side, cover all the windows or be completely removed with the railing. The furniture and props can be moved around.
