Please know that we are taking EXTRA sanitary precautions at the loft to ensure you and your guests can relax and enjoy your booking with us. We use all CDC approved cleaning agents before and after every booking, and spray, wipe all surfaces, handles, doorknobs, etc. The home is also professionally cleaned. Masks, gloves, Clorox wipes and sanitizer is provided. 13x13 popup tent available for outdoors for social distancing. There are two separate outdoor spaces.

2,500-square foot designer home with touches of mid-century modern, bohemian, and Swedish, Scandinavian, décor. The home newly renovated and impeccably furnished. The spacious living room, dining room and white open chef’s kitchen with Bosch appliances, all have amazing natural light in the open-concept layout.
Large zen-inspired master bedroom has a king-size bed and sofa with coffee table, and opens to a courtyard lounge. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and gorgeous natural light, and opens to the expansive back deck with beautiful tropical landscaping. The office is perfect for holding talent, hair/make-up/wardrobe, and storing equipment, and includes a rolling rack, seamless and a commercial steamer. Guest bathroom has a soaking tub and marble counter top with double sinks. The master bathroom an open floor plan with slate floors and walk-in shower.
7,500 square-foot lot is landscaped with drought tolerant plants in the front and tropical plants in the back.
The garage is a "PROP CLOSET" additional staging options, kitchen supplies, kitchen appliances, décor and furniture at no additional cost. The home is production friendly with many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible.
All the artwork has been made by the me, so ALL OF THE ARTWORK IS CLEARED.

40 Acre Ranch 30min Studio Zone Woods Stream Cottage
Amazing 40 acre shooting ranch very close to town- a rare find! Was burned 2yrs ago during fires but lots left. One cottage with great interiors, many outdoor locations, stream mountains, woodlands, horse corals, bridges, interior roads, the grass and woodlands have grown back for picturesque areas. Some burned out "spooky" cottages & burned out "abandoned" vehicles for different gritty look. Great shooting location, it is within the studio zone (25 mins from Hollywoood and Downtown). No street lamps, no restrictions late night/overnight shooting. Very little overhead traffic and one very quiet road, private ranch surrounded by National Forest 6 minutes to freeways 210/5 Interior private roads you can use for driving shots. Doubled as Malibu (sand flat area against hills), cottage in the woods, big bear, mid west. Stream picnic areas, easy accesible. Or great for thriller. Electric on ranch. Parking enough for honey wagons/100 cars. Secure 2 gates. Cottage can be used for makeup/wardrobe/office or as location, 2 bed house, or Trailers can shoot or use makeup. Booking minimum of 1 hours for productions and 3 hours for events. Posted rates apply to standard business hours: Monday - Saturday 8am-10pm, Sundays 10am-10pm. For productions only, non-business hours may be available at 1.5x rate plus security at $52.50/hr (weekdays 7am-8am and everyday 10pm-12am).
Productions: cleaning fee starting at $50, assessed per production. Events: Mandatory cleaning $200 for events/workshops. Please inquire for full rules.
