About the Space
Go back in time and screen your next feature, documentary, or short film in this vintage Hollywood styled theater. Complete with 400 plush seats, a 14’6 x 33’6 screen, concessions packages. Here you can walk down the red carpet, sit back, and enjoy the show. Rate ranges from $400-$600 per hour depending on the day and time. Please contact Host for Custom rate. Unless listed otherwise, all times are one-hour minimum. Please note, the reduced filming rates are for NO PROJECTION. If projection is wanted with filming, it will be booked with standard screening rates. Monday - Friday Rate Early Morning/Late Night - $400/hr screening rate, $350/hr filming rate (11pm-8am) Morning (8am-Noon) - $500/hr screening rate, $450/hr filming rate Afternoon (Noon-4pm) - $550/hr screening rate, $500/hr filming rate Evening - $600/hr screening rate, $550/hr filming rate (4pm-6:30pm) Evening Flat Rate (6:30pm-11:00pm) Jan 1st - Sept 30th - $2,900 Oct 1st - Dec 31st - $3,500 Saturday/Sunday Rate Early Morning/Late Night/Evening - $400/hr screening rate, $350/hr filming rate (11:00pm-8am) Daytime - $550/hr 8am-12pm (4hr min) Afternoon - $600/hr 1pm-6pm (4hr min) Evening Flat Rate (6:30pm-11:00pm) Jan 1st - Sept 30th - $2,900 Oct 1st - Dec 31st - $3,500 Street parking - paid and free available. (Read the signs) Beverly Hills City Garage - 321 S La Cienega (Under the tennis courts) Monday thru Friday before 4pm: 2 hours FREE. / Monday thru Friday entering after 4pm and all day Saturday and Sunday: FREE. 8484 Wilshire - $15 per validation. Which we will have at the theater. Validation is good: - Mon-Fri 5pm till Midnight. - Sat, or Sun from Midnight till Midnight. Anyone entering before 5pm Mon-Fri will pay normal building rates. Anyone leaving after Midnight will pay for another day. The after-hours rate is $15. There is no minimum purchase required and there are no additional charges. There is no guarantee of the number of spaces available for any given event. 115 S Willaman Drive - After hours and weekend only: Up to 50 cars $500 ( 1 valet included for 3 hrs ) 51 to 100 cars $1000 ( 2 valets included for 3 hrs) 101 to 150 cars $1500 ( 3 valets included for 3 hrs ) 151 to 200 cars $2000 ( 4 valets included 3 hrs) One of the four options must be chosen in advance. Extra Valet hours will be charged at $30 per hour per person. This location surpasses expectations, especially when viewed through a camera lens. Ideal for anyone in need of an old theatre, it offers perfect filming conditions. Working with Michael and his team was a top-notch and enjoyable experience. Concerns about parking are mitigated by a convenient parking structure a mere 10-minute walk away, which our cast and crew used without issue. Additionally, for those requiring closer parking, ample metered street parking is available directly behind the theatre—just assign a production assistant to refresh the meter every two hours. Highly recommend renting this location; it's a decision you won't regret.

This theater is beautiful! Very cinematic and clean. Michael was very responsive and helpful. The parking is a little tricky. Only meter parking so we found a 24 hour lot on La Cienega and walked, which was a very easy walk. Would recommend!
