Minimum daily rate that is shown is based on a shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less for a 8 hour day ending at 3:30pm. +$300 attendant fee for an 8 hour shoot. +$500 attendant fee for a 8-12 hour shoot or if you need the attendant to set up a dining room scene. **Evening private events require an open bar and food package provided by the venue. Private event minimums range from $3k-$15k. Listen man, this place is amazing. Lauren, the Host, is amazing. And to complete, the guy that was in charge of the location the filming day, Alex, was amazing. We are so happy that we selected this place and it was all by accident. If you are an Indie Filmmaker like me and you want to elevated your craft and production value, this is a place you should be thinking about.
