Newly renovated and conveniently located in the Heart of Downtown Toronto, this venue features a large open-concept space with a built-in kitchen/service space designed for workshops, product launch events, meet-ups, or selected social gatherings. Location: - Open-concept event space - 2 minutes walk from St Patrick Subway - 5 minutes walk from Yonge-Dundas and Eaton Centre - Streetcar access - Car Parking available (not included) - Bike parking available - 12 ft. ceiling height - Large Entrance Features: - Big projector screen - 65" Sony android smart TV - Yamaha audio receiver - Nine surround sound speakers - Smart Projector - Custom smart lights - Whiteboard - Free Wifi - Fully accessible kitchen with utensils and crockery - Free tea and coffee (2 types of coffee machines available) - Fridge, wine and beverage cooler - 2 microwave ovens - Centrally heated - Large windows with plenty of natural light - Elevator access and wheelchair accessible - 2 Washrooms - 6 bar stools, 36 chairs and 3 sofas - Extra tables and chairs if needed - Garment Rack Rules of the space: - Access card is required past 7 pm on weekdays and on weekends. - Loud music is not allowed, background music is allowed. - Pets not allowed. - Please submit a permit prior to the event if you’re serving alcohol. - Fee may be applicable in case of damages. Hello so I had. Birthday celebration for 84 year old the party went well, the room was well suited. The Startuptive team was great. However something to keep in mind if hosting an event on a weekend due to the building being commercial it was closed on the weekend and so you will need to have someone at the door to bring guest up

Would definitely recommend this space. Held an event here on a Saturday from 2-10. Communications, tours, and help on the day of was amazing. The team at Startuptive were so nice and very easy to work with. The security team was also super helpful in guiding our guests. The space is exactly as it's pictured - utilized the kitchen, projector, and audio and everything worked perfect. Had around 60 guests and they were all a fan of the space and even inquired about it. Hope they book some events here too :) Thanks so much for everything!

Our organization held a social event with approximately 60 people in this space on Saturday evening. The space was the perfect size and ambiance. The team at Startuptive were amazing - responsive, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend this space for any events, meeting, or social get together.
