    What a beautiful meeting space! Held a holiday potluck with my team and we were able to fit TONS of food and then utilize the presentation room for additional seating. The projector capability was a HUGE bonus to our evening as it was utilized to the fullest! Asia was great and incredibly helpful and kind!

    The venue was so quiet and very easy to maneuver around, and very spacious when it came to filming. Perfect angles to work around in order to get quick scenes. Would recommend for future projects

    Given the quality of the space, equipment, and service, The 5th floor, offers excellent value for money. We were able to achieve fantastic results in a comfortable and professional environment. Overall, I highly recommend The 5th floor at Avalon Park for anyone in need of a top-notch studio rental. I will definitely be returning for future projects!
