About the Space
Our venue is situated in a prime location in East Orlando called Avalon Park, a walkable community with easy access to Orlando International Airport, The University of Central Florida, Valencia College, Downtown Orlando, Waterford Lakes Towne Center, and much more. We provide flexible solutions to suit the needs of different businesses, from hot desks, dedicated desks, virtual offices and private offices. The space also offers 3 Conference Rooms, a large Presentation Room, large reception / lounge area is staffed full time with professional receptionists, there is a complimentary coffee bar on site, and access to copier/scanner/printer and state of the art AV equipment in our meeting spaces. Spaces for filming include vacant offices, open cowork and meeting space (with removable furniture), reception areas

This is normally a multi work space good for small events, meetings, and overall small group meetings. We literally took their larger meet space and transformed it into a backdrop for a documentary interview production. After searching Airbnb, studio spaces, we at least knew the space was versatile. Thankfully the staff was very helpful.

We had our baby shower at this venue and it was amazing. The place is beautiful and in a great spot. We hosted more than 70 people comfortably with lots of chairs for everyone. The venue is super clean and fancy, especially the bathrooms. It's got a fridge, freezer, microwave, and lots of counter space – everything we needed. Parking was easy to find around the area. Plus, there are some awesome restaurants right downstairs. We were really happy with our choice and definitely recommend this venue.
