This is a great location! The owner is very friendly and helpful. There are multiple churches within walking distance and that's super convenient for crew parking and basecamp set up. Overall, this is a beautiful location that is extremely production friendly. One of the best and easiest shoot experiences I've had. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a fabulous Craftsman house in a great location. Five Stars!!!

This house is truly gorgeous and a perfect lay out for capturing so many set ups.
All of the rooms are bright and nicely decorated with functional furniture and accents that give it a comfortable and lived in feel, while still being uncluttered and clean. You get so much bang for the buck!
The afternoon light in the main spaces is stellar. The master and master bath are so luxurious.
It was really easy in and easy out with lots of space to stage and organize. Our models felt comfortable as the house is completely private, even with all of the windows open.
It was a perfect experience and we would highly recommend this space.
