About the Space
The house has been used for multiple shoots ranging from videos, photos, branding, fitness, influencer, seed funding for start ups and even family/couple photoshoots! Some very famous brands have shot their photos/videos in this space. 16 to 30 minutes from London Bridge via train is this stunning house with a beautiful open kitchen/dining, minimalist interiors, grand/spacious entrance , 5 bedrooms with a very modern outbuilding that has an integrated bar area. The outbuilding conversion can easily be used for fitness photo/video shoots and also has its own bathroom! Gorgeous garden with its own water fountain and decking, the house has a luxurious feel to it. Open plan living with huge sliding doors ensures the house is always glowing with light and the top bedroom offers some fantastic views through its huge picture window! For those cosy shoots, there is an electric fireplace in the living area. There are classy blinds where the shoot requires less light. The house also has a very unique playroom along with a separate living room. Bathrooms are customised to a high standard with retro showers, high quality fittings. Entrance has high ceilings and beautiful detailing with a large clothes rail to hang your clothes. Crittal doors provide an aesthetic feel and uninterrupted views of the huge living room area and garden. We are happy to provide you with things like a ladder for use within the garden if you need it for your shoot or anything that is available within the house:) Overnight storage available. Lots of Free parking available.

Communication was clear and quick, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble - whether it was discussing timings, helping us with access, or working around our filming needs. Absolutely Stunning Venue, Highly Recommend! We hired this beautiful house for a lifestyle brand shoot and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Every room is filled with natural light, which made it perfect for capturing gorgeous content. The space is generous and also has a premium, stylish feel throughout. On top of that, the host was incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend this venue for shoots or any creative projects!

I would definitely recommend this location. Exactly as described, this space was perfect for our shoot. Spacious, bright, quiet and easy to access from central London. It was really well presented by Aaina, and as a point of contact she was responsive, helpful and answered all questions I raised with her quickly and informatively. On top of that she was just really friendly! The excellent space (and the space being exactly as we expected) and professional host meant our shoot went without a hitch. 10/10 would definitely recommend and absolutely would use again.
