A unique modern quiet Penthouse, with floor to ceiling windows and amazing views of the City. Amazing in the day but even more amazing at night. One of it's kind in Dalston. The Penthouse can accomodate around 8-9 people. So perfect for more intimate meetings. The floor is a minimalist versatile space that can be arranged in a variety of ways whether you’re hosting a meeting, seminar, influencing, photo shoots, small scale filming, tasting, product launch. If there is anything specific we can try and accommodate where we can. This is a dry hire, but we can also create a bespoke service for your event - everything can be arranged internally such as, barista coffee, photographer event staff, etc on request. The hire is for the first floor only, and has a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, with a tall ceiling and plenty of natural lighting. There is a lavatory accessible on this floor. One floor up and there is a private roof top access which gives a uninterrupted 360 degree view of London. We do have a bathtub available but this is downstairs, and would require an additional fee if needed.
