A meticulously curated Louis XV French heritage apartment in the heart of South Kensington, featuring over 200-year-old walnut panelling salvaged from the historic Telemark/Chiltern Court building, opulent canopies from French châteaux, Versailles-style parquet flooring, a Roman Temple-of-Venus inspired bathroom, and a museum-grade collection of European antiques and sculptures. A richly atmospheric, intimate period location ideal for fashion, editorial, film, tasteful glamour, and creative storytelling. FULL DESCRIPTION Step into a curated heritage apartment, blending the grandeur of 18th-century Louis XV France with the intimacy of a private South Kensington residence. Every room has been shaped with historical intention, combining rare architectural salvage, château upholstery, hand-carved woodwork, and museum-quality antiques to create a deeply cinematic environment. A Heritage Provenance The walnut panelling originates from the former Telemark building (Chiltern Court), once the headquarters of the Anglo-Norwegian Alliance during WWII. Repurposed and re-imagined into doors, transoms, columns, and architectural elements, it anchors the apartment in authentic British and European history. The muraled ceilings, canopy drapery, and French antiques create a visual narrative that bridges earth and heaven — an intentional, layered homage to the French tradition of architectural storytelling. Tudor's place is more beautiful in person, well kept antiques it almost feels wrong to walk in with shoes on! Not only were there multiple lights on set free of charge for use, but we was advised to utilise his speakers to creative a fun ambience and was also instructed on the usage of other aspects of the house to enhance the settings of our shoot. I would more than recommend Tudors space for business!

The place is just as advertised and gorgeously laid out inside. We got some beautiful scenic shots because of this. Tudor was such a kind and helpful owner who went above and beyond his duties to accommodate us and make the shoot an incredibly easy one. We highly recommend this location.

Tudor was an exceptional host from the moment that we did our location recce through to production. The space is authentic, aesthetically pleasing and was a perfect fit for our production. Tudor, at all stages ensured that we had everything we needed along the way and during shooting our film. A location that is well looked after with great access to local stores and transport connections, nothing but a great experience with a great host. The hospitality was first class.
