The Annex features lovely warm wooden floors, two walls of full length mirrors, soaring high ceilings, a wireless Bluetooth enabled sound system, a kitchenette, soaring high ceilings, a wall of windows facing a private communal courtyard (shared with the other studios onsite), and keyless digital entry.
