This is the second time I've shot in this beautiful flat. It had amazing light especially in the morning. And every corner of the flat gives you options for shooting. Kerim and his partner were very fast with communication and organised. They shared the house rules before hand (all reasonable), were helpful when it came to taking our gear up to the main room and were also very great with helping on accommodating our requests. I would definitely shoot there again, the space is great to work with, it's also very quiet so would work very well for video filming.

Our brand used this stunning home for a photoshoot and couldn’t have been happier. Every room was beautifully presented (exactly as depicted in the photos online) and Luka who was present on the day helped our team feel straight at ease, making the shoot run smoothly. • Gorgeous Georgian Style Flat, occupying the First and Second Floor of a Grade II listed building built in 1720, positioned in the center of the coveted raised terrace of Wilmington Square (Holborn area).
• Incredibly quiet and peaceful for such a central location, the venue has no road to the immediate fore — and therefore no traffic.
• The place offers a traditional living room located on the first floor, looking directly out to the verdant square; a stunning master bathroom recently renovated, a small hallway / landing, and an ensuite double bedroom on the second floor.
• Georgian Period conversion layout, with a hint of modern interior design, while beautifully preserving all its original features: chimney pieces, large windows, shutters, paneled casements, cupboards, cornicing and pitch pine floorboards.
• The flat gets beautiful natural light exposure as well as over 9ft high ceilings, giving a variety of filming options with views to Wilmington Square.
• We take great pride in hosting, and we are experienced in collaborating with Interviews and Podcasts productions as the set-up of the first floor Living Room is ideal for those in terms of privacy, quietness and views in the background.

Time Management: Booked time includes preparation and setup; additional time incurs extra charges.
Property Respect: Guests must treat the property with care, diligence, and respect for privacy.
Congregation Limitation: Crew members must avoid congregating in front of the property to minimize disruption.
Advance Notification: Guests must send a WhatsApp message 10 minutes before arrival to facilitate entry.
Access Control: Only the location manager is authorized to control entry and exit through the front door to regulate act

Luka and Kerim were amazing. The place was truly sensational with a huge variety of furniture, props, backdrops and lighting so we had a great amount of shot. I would highly recommend for such an excellent price point!
