Regarding noise, to be precise, on weekends we limit the noise to 90 decibels before 11 pm, and 80 decibels after 11 pm. During the week the cutoff is 10 pm. For reference, a dinner party is around 60-70 dB, a party is 70-80 dB, and a loud party is 80-90 dB. There is a decibel meter on site with a real-time display, and you will be notified via text and call if noise is exceeding these levels. After multiple warnings are sent, we reserve the right to fine you or evict you from the space. It's a $250 fine for noise above these levels for 10 minutes, and a $500 fine for noise above these levels for 20 minutes.

Guests to use the dumpsters in the alley for any trash, NOT the garbage cans by the back door. Violation fee is $75/can
