About the Space

Located in scenic Stanley Park and offering tranquil views of Malkin Bowl gardens and the evergreens beyond; our venue space is an ideal setting for board meetings, workshops or social gatherings. With over 1080 sq. ft. to work with the space can be configured to accommodate up to 60 people seated. The venue is a short walk to the Miniature Train, Malkin Bowl Theatre, and the Vancouver Aquarium. There are food and beverage options on site and outside catering is also welcome. - Tables and chairs are included with rental -A.V equipment and projectors available to rent please contact for more information.

    Michael is a very helpful person. The Salmonberry Room is very spacious and warm. We have a great birthday party there and we enjoy a lot. During the cleanup, Michael offers us some cleaning materials and big garbage bags. Thank you very much Michael and hope to see you next week time.👍🏻⭐️

    Beautiful venue. Lots of natural light. All my guests had a lovely time. Communication was really easy with Micheal. Really appreciated the fast responses. The only thing I would recommend is to have a larger trash bin for clean up for larger groups.

    They are very accommodating and friendly. Perfect for small and intimate events. They made sure our needs are met. The place was a little bit dim when the sun goes down. But overall it was nice location.

    I rented this place for my son’s first birthday and I loved it! The room was very spacious, lots of natural light and super clean. The location is amazing. Michael always answered quickly and was easy and simple to rent.
