About the Space
Right between downtown and east Vancouver. A few minute walk from main street skytrain station This 1500 sq ft miscellaneous event space is in between 2 recording studio units. It boasts a pool table, chess table, projector, televisions, ps 3, led lighting, royal blue walls, a washroom and a mini kitchen The windowless warehouse vibe is perfect for all sorts of different projects, productions and events.

This event space was phenomenal for our new years eve event! Robert was very responsive and worked with us to make our event a success. The entire process both before and during the event was great, and we were so grateful that they were willing to work with our requests! The artwork on the walls really complemented the style and decor of the space. Loved the space, amazing people, and an amazing experience. Thank you!

Robert was a fantastic host! He was super accommodating and kindly ensured that everything I needed was in place. The space got an upgrade and Robert catered to all of my needs! The location is secluded enough where we didn’t need to worry too much about noise and the space was large enough to host a ton of friends. It is well-maintained and has all the basic necessities to host a great event! Thank you again Robert for helping me bring my vision to life :)

This is my second time here, and it definitely won’t be the last. The place is awesome, super comfortable, and has everything you need. The host is great, does an amazing job. Highly recommend it! Also, thanks a lot for throwing such an awesome birthday party, it made the experience even better.
