Right between downtown and east Vancouver, across the street from red truck brewery. A few minute walk from main street skytrain station This 1500 sq ft miscellaneous event space is in between 2 recording studio units. It boasts a pool table, chess table, projector, televisions, ps 3, led lighting, royal blue walls, a washroom and a mini kitchen The windowless warehouse vibe is perfect for all sorts of different projects, productions and events.

Robert was a fantastic host! He was super accommodating and kindly ensured that everything I needed was in place. The space got an upgrade and Robert catered to all of my needs! The location is secluded enough where we didn’t need to worry too much about noise and the space was large enough to host a ton of friends. It is well-maintained and has all the basic necessities to host a great event! Thank you again Robert for helping me bring my vision to life :)

Robert was a perfect host the party went better than I could have imagined! The space had so many fun features to it as well as additional props we could use to help set up! Robert was extremely helpful and once again i absolutely loved how everything went and would 100% book again!!
