About the Space

Freestanding building with lobby and 2 event/production/dancerooms. Full building 3000sq ft. Large Event/Studio room is 1700 sq ft, Black and white Harliquin wall, fully mirrored wall, 12ft ceilings, installed track lighting and color changing LED flood lighting. Small event/studio room is about 550 sq ft, red rose wallpaper, brick wallpaper, wood panel wallpaper and mirrored wall. Both rooms have state of the art sound system installed and 12 ft ceilings throughout the entire space. Lobby is black and white damask wallpaper, black and white painted vertical stripes one wall, black textured rose printed fabric with black glass chandelier. In a shopping center with at least 100 parking spots. 2 public restrooms onsite.
