Nice space in a residential neighborhood, parking is on the street but not hard to find. Space is well-maintained, climate-controlled and has a private bathroom. Owners were there every day and answered all questions. Great experience!

It’s tiny… about the size of a two car garage, which is pretty much what it is, but it’s so clean and bright and well-maintained. Nice quiet perfect for what we needed it for. ( filming a dance combination for a college application. 3 people in the space) Nice lighting/ air conditioning. Transaction was really easy and smooth. The price is excellent.
