This heritage castle has a unique history dating from the early 19th century. Initially a prestigious private club for Canada’s business elite and more recently a private residence, this magnificent first floor space can now be used for special events and productions. (approx. 9000 sq.ft.) The castle is situated in the heart of downtown Montreal adjacent to trendy Le Plateau Mont-Royal and is only steps from a subway station. The castle’s 1st floor invites you down a wide corridor with a stately bedroom to the left and continues to a grand two story dining hall resplendent with Romanesque mouldings and French renaissance styling. (19 ft high ceiling) Add to this a wrap around exterior terrasse, full kitchen, 2nd bedroom, anteroom and you have one the most unique and resplendent interior settings in the city. The remaining floors of the castle comprise of residential luxury short term rental condos. Parking may be available upon request and for an additional fee. * This property requires liability assurance
