Daniel is such an amazing host. He replied promptly to messages, went above and beyond to accommodate me for a site visit and was extremely helpful. Daniel made us feel so welcomed. The property was stunning and was a dream location! Easy access to load/unload furniture and other equipment. Great space for catering, as well as, indoor and outdoor eating. Amazing pool, views and state of the art luxury restroom. Everyone raved about the home and we were able to create so many amazing memories that we will cherish forever. This property is perfect for those that are looking. Would 1000% percent rent the property again and give referrals. I already have two people that asked me how to book the property. Special thank you to Maria for all of her assistance. We’re so thankful for you all and hosting our event.

So I didn’t realize there were so many different levels to the house and that they would be occupied and someone would be in the home 24/7. Not that it’s a problem just thought I had the house to myself which was kind of a shock to me. I knew I only was getting that one level but didn’t realize other things would be going on as well. Like the music also always playing was thankfully fine when we shot but I just wish I was told a few more things. The reason I’m giving this 5 stars is he accommodated me at the last minute and I do still really appreciate that. Sorry I wasn’t out in the time I was supposed to be and was 13 or 14 mins behind cleaning up my stuff which I think ppl should also have a 10-15 min grace period out of curtesy. Just my thoughts but I understand other ppl also have a time they booked as well but I think a grace period is more then fair and realistic and reasonable to people. Especially it being such a beautiful house and you want it to have a good vibes and great experience attached to this house. There was a mix up about me having to pay like $200 so thankfully again that was cleared up quickly but almost fell out of my chair haha. All in all I think with a little more organization and communication I think it would definitely run more smoothly but I def want to help u keep your ratings high bc you deserve that but I just wanted to put my thoughts here on everything and hope you can see where I’m coming from and I thank you again. I hope to be able to book with you again despite my 14 or 15 min clean up lag. Lol
