It is located in a huge wall brick-gated yard/compound with lots of parking in a Downtown LA Industrial area with maximum privacy, very safe for kids events or pets. The front yard is huge, perfect for food trucks, vendors, bounce houses, rides and so much more. Lots and lots of parking inside the gated property and also outside. We also have a Full Shower, 5 bathrooms and additional 6 porta pottys and 3 bedrooms in the venue and over 10 huge office spaces, perfect for meeting rooms, or church services.
