LOCATION
Centrally located where Hollywood meets West Hollywood near the Fairfax District just off Melrose but isolated from the noise.
POOL HOUSE
The pool house is 350 sq ft with 13.5ft vaulted ceiling. It includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, a sectional sofa, and a basketball arcade game. For productions it's a great space to shoot in or to house gear, hair & makeup, wardrobe, video village, production HQ, or talent holding.
2 BACKYARD BATHROOMS / CHANGING ROOM
There are 2 bathrooms in the backyard. One bathroom can be designated for talent only -- it is a spacious and includes a full size mirror and wall hooks and sitting stool for wardrobe changes. The other bathroom can be assigned for crew to use.
BAR AREA
Includes 3 ice coolers, outdoor sink, and counter space.
PROPANE GRILL & FOOD PREP/SERVING AREA
Whether you want to use the bbq on site or have catering use their own equipment, there is an area for preparing food. Use of the Grill is a $50 ADD-ON for the Propane Tank.
FIRE PIT
Create a cozy ambiance for your shoot. $50 ADD-ON
SOUND SYSTEM
All music is played through the on-site sound system with built-in speakers spread throughout Backyard/Pool House. No other speakers allowed.
SALT WATER POOL & HOT TUB
At 32’ long and 14' wide and 5' deep, the pool is a beautiful addition to your shoot. It features a 7'x7' baja shelf and the attached hot tub provides bench seating for up to 10 people comfortably inside with more seated along the outer perimeter. *** HEATING IS AN ADD-ON
SEATING
There are multiple areas for your guests to sit and relax. Additional folding chairs and 6ft tables are available as an ADD-ON ($3/chair, $7/table).
COLORED LED LIGHTING
The entire backyard is lit with colored LED lights that you can request to be a specific color. Swimming pool has 5 color options.
MAIN HOUSE INTERIOR
There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, main bedroom, guest bedroom, office and 2 bathrooms. The indoor bathrooms are for filming only. The guest bedroom and office have multiple looks (green wall, yellow wall, blue wall, pink wall, brick wall, shiplap wall).
WIFI
High Speed Wifi is available throughout the property.
PARKING
You can park 3 vehicles in the square driveway out front. Lots of free parking in the surrounding blocks. A parking lot is conveniently located directly across the street that your crew can rent out.

All music is played through on-site sound system and controlled by an iPad in the pool house. No other speakers allowed.

Music is set at a very enjoyable full volume level that you don't have to yell to talk over.

Mon-Thurs music levels are lower in the evening.
Music is lowered 30 minutes before booking end time.
Deliveries & pick ups of any items must be done within booked timeframe or $250 Add-On fee for each instance.

Due to the swimming pool... beer bottles, glass water bottles, and other single-serving glass bottles are not allowed.
All drinkware needs to be pool-safe. If you step on it and it cracks or shatters it is not allowed.
All other glass bottles (hard alcohol, wine) need to remain at the bar in the back corner.

This is a long overdue review. Chris’ space was the perfect place for a relaxing post wedding event for our guests in town for the weekend mid. The pool and cool features worked wonderfully well for our group. Chris went above and beyond to check in on us and help us connect our phones to play music and the highlight video of the wedding from the TV in the rec room. Would definitely recommend and hope to rebook in the near future!

I mean wow! The moment I walked in I was in awe of how beautiful the space was. And everything was so clean. He also had little things that you wouldn’t normally see at these places like a phone charger for the guests that holds multiple phones, a sound system, fans, fridge and a ladder. He had everything and was a great host.
