About the Space
Our photo/video studio, located in downtown Los Angeles, features an off-white, industrial-style space with a range of equipment and props available for rent. Whether you're a photographer, filmmaker, or content creator, our studio provides a versatile and creative environment to bring your vision to life. - Open 7 days a week, 24 hrs/day. - Tons of natural light - Fully equipped - Seamless background - Beautiful Sunset/Sunrise view - Large window - Fast Internet - Free Street parking - Private parking $9 (cash only) - Load/Unload area - Fan - Powerful speaker - Snack bar and fridge - Private bathroom Equipment included: x1 V-Flat x1 Boom arm x3 C-Stand x3 Sand Bags Seamless paper background for $20 a pull: black, grey, red, beige, deep yellow, purple and more. If you intend to use the space with a white floor as shown in the picture, make sure to let us know, because the floor periodically changes color. PETS: Pets are allowed in the studio premises. However, a fine of $100 will be charged for any stains caused by them, including pee or poo. FURNITURE/PROPS: All furniture and props can be moved, but it is mandatory to return everything back to its original position. CLEANLINESS: Eating around or on the furniture is strictly prohibited. Food must be limited to the off-set area. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an extra $200 cleaning fee. OVERTIME: Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Please ensure that the studio premises are vacated, and all items brought into the space are removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Please plan accordingly.

The studio space itself is fine. The parking situation is not at all what was described, and was an absolute nightmare that cost us almost 2 hours of our booking time. Then the wifi did not exist. Then the codes to the bathrooms didn't work. Then the fact that I sent multiple messages to the host that were ignored entirely made this the most negative experience I have ever had with Giggster. The best thing I can say about this experience is that the photos of the studio space itself give a fair representation of the space you are renting.

The studio space was in okay condition. The space was left trashed and equipment was not reset when I first got there. The client from the previous booking must have been terrible. I am thankful for the affordable rate and having basic grip and electric equipment to utilize. I did my best to leave the space in better condition than how I came into it. The host hasn't replied to me during my booking and afterwards. I assume he was very busy. Anyways its a very affordable space with equipment and would love to book again!
