Renting this location from Michael was one of the best things to happen for our production. The house is beautiful and unique and has so many exciting elements that one can work with. Moreover, Michael is a very thoughtful, film-friendly, and communicative professional. Having produced shorts at other locations in the past, I can say that, hands-down, this is the best experience I've had. Highly recommend.

Michael is as good as they come! He takes incredible care of his gorgeous home that we were so grateful to have the opportunity to film in. The house alone has incredible character and charm but it is Michael who made this experience extra special. Would film here again in a heartbeat.
