Hoping to spark inspiration, we designed this space with the creative in mind by creating a muted blank canvas to fit any mold. The Muted Loft is perfect for a wide range of genres, and thats what we love about it. When you walk in the room you are transported to another realm that only you can define. So let your imagination run free...the result will be nothing short of spectacular. • Lots of Natural Sunlight • Oversized Grid Windows • West Facing — • Fire Escape • Make-Up Station • Designated Changing Room • Fan • A/C Unit • 4 ft Adjustable Table • Sitting Chairs • Steamer • Clothing Rack •Full Length Mirror THINGS TO KNOW HOURS OF OPERATION: -The building is open 24 hours ELEVATOR ACCESS: -There is 1 freight elevator on site 15ft deep and run by an attendant -Operating Hours Monday-Friday 8am-6pm | Saturday 8am-1pm | Sunday - Upon Request $ STAIRS: -The stairs can be accessed at any time of the day. -Please note that we are located on the 5th floor. If you plan on booking during non-elevator hours, please pack accordingly and inform your team. SOUNDPROOF: -Our space has been insulated to help with outside noise HOWEVER it is not soundproof. *Please make proper arrangements if you plan on shooting any audio in the space. TIME: -Please be aware that your BOOKING TIME INCLUDES YOUR SET UP AND BREAK DOWN TIME as well. Please book accordingly to avoid any additional late fees or charges. **Your booking starts at the registered time regardless of if you are running late. This rule has NO EXCEPTIONS as there might be a booking right after yours which cannot be pushed back because of your tardiness. **If you are running late to your booking or need additional time than initially expected please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you need something moved, please ask for assistance prior to your booking and we will happily accommodate. The space is pretty and very photogenic, with a balcony and skyline that made our photoshoot special. There were a few minor issues: leftover trash and unfolded furniture from previous guests, a thick layer of dust on the floor, and a small ceiling leak. I reached out to the host about the previous reset but didn’t hear back. Addressing these points — particularly ensuring the space is properly reset (to avoid fines for future renters) and having the ceiling repaired — would improve safety, prevent potential slipping hazards, and reduce the risk of equipment damage for future shoots. Overall, it’s a fantastic location with a great vibe; just a few details to make it fully reliable.

This is such an amazing studio that allows for so much creativity for your next shoot. Tierney is such an amazing and kind host and provides such a unique space and provides great communication. I will be keeping this studio in my roster for future shoots. Absolutely love this space!!

Tierney is very courteous! The only issue is the parking is no option but to pay downstairs. Otherwise she’s a great host!
