Hoping to spark inspiration, we designed this space with the creative in mind by creating a muted blank canvas to fit any mold. The Muted Loft is perfect for a wide range of genres, and thats what we love about it. When you walk in the room you are transported to another realm that only you can define. If you plan on booking during non-elevator hours, please pack accordingly and inform your team. SOUNDPROOF: -Our space has been insulated to help with outside noise HOWEVER it is not soundproof. *Please make proper arrangements if you plan on shooting any audio in the space. TIME: -Please be aware that your BOOKING TIME INCLUDES YOUR SET UP AND BREAK DOWN TIME as well. Please book accordingly to avoid any additional late fees or charges. **Your booking starts at the registered time regardless of if you are running late. This rule has NO EXCEPTIONS as there might be a booking right after yours which cannot be pushed back because of your tardiness. **If you are running late to your booking or need additional time than initially expected please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
