It offers anyone seeking a creative spacious room to innovate, celebrate an occasion, host an evening workshop, or shoot a film. ROOMS AVAILABLE: -Dining room -Living room -Kitchen -Billiard room (that has both a ping pong table top set on it to resemble a large dinner table & the actual billiard table underneath it) -Patio area including the backyard -Please inquire about the bedrooms at an additional rate. Our space is ideal for guests who are seeking to host awesome themed celebrations like baby showers, receptions, birthdays -- there are so many different stories that could captured, and for those shooting music videos, commercials, movies, photoshoots, etc. Our space provides seating for 30 and can hold up to twice as much.
