The Space Three distinct looks in one booking. The main studio is a dramatic open-plan space with curved raw concrete walls, soaring ceilings, Edison pendants, and built-in track lighting rigs — a true blank canvas that shoots dark and moody or bright and editorial depending on your setup. The full kitchen set features a hexagon tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, warm wood countertops, a curved island with bar seating, and a beverage fridge — fully dressed and camera-ready. A partitioned bedroom area framed by ornate carved Moroccan screens rounds out the space with a third completely different aesthetic. Nice space, fit our needs perfectly. Got in no issue. Very quiet, perfect for filming. Did not realize there was lighting quipment already there. We brought our own (did a promo video) but it was nice to see it. This would be great space for a small photo shoot as well as maybe filming a food related instagram (there is a nice kitchen you can use as the backdrop). The owner is VERY responsive. Would book again!

Had an Amazing shoot in a phenomenal, clean, spacious and professional venue. It has a unique look which can be transformed into an office, a kick back room, a boudoir or a fancy penthouse loft. I filmed my 16 person dance crew in it, just know that there are challenges with that amount of people dancing there but completely doable. Anthony was very helpful and accommodating. I called on a whim to ask to see the space the day I booked it, which he allowed and gave me ample time to prepare for our shoot. I am grateful for the accommodation and absolutely recommend him and his space.

- No getting drunk. A glass of wine is fine.
- Parking on complex property will get you towed. Please use street or public parking lots next to unit. No filming equipment is allowed outside the studio except for loading in and loading out. No filming is aloowed on the complex ground outside the unit, please use public property for outside shots.
- You can be reasonably loud. If the neighbors complain you will need to reduce the noise levels.
