The place said unfurnished, but it wasn’t. It upped the quality of my shoot and Brody was a wonderful host. If I knew about the furniture sooner I would have booked it with no debate and now I’ll book it again without a second thought.
This location is a basement that would be perfect for horror or thrillers, but can easily dressed to fit any basement location your shoot needs. Serving Los Angeles. Many interesting crawl spaces and unfinished flooring. Pipes and a hot water heater. A storage area filled to the brim. A workbench and shelves. This film basement can fit any filming need you have.
