WE DO NOT PRE-MOUNT SEAMLESS BACKDROPS FOR YOU PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. DO NOT UNMOUNT BACKDROPS FROM MOTORIZED BACKDROP HOLDER. YOU WILL BE CHARGED. Please make sure to put the seamless rolls back or you will be charged a "Studio Reset Fee". If you need a seamless pull (pulling the paper all the way to the ground where you step on paper) you can purchase the "Backdrop Pull" add-on for $20 per color/pull. Purchase one (x1) “Backdrop Pull” add-on for every 5ft of backdrop that you will pull to the floor. Tape is setup on the floor every 5ft. Please see seamless backdrop listing picture for details about color availability. 🪢 TEXTURED BACKDROP STATION 🪢 You can use all the textured backdrop colors that are currently out for FREE. ◻️ WHITE CYCLORAMA WALL ◻️ Shoe Covers are provided and must be worn on the Cyc Wall by all guests EXCEPT TALENT WHILE SHOOTING. Guests who need a fresh white coat of paint on the Cyc Wall floor must purchase the “Fresh Cyclorama Wall Paint” add-on. 🏢 Building Amenities 🏢 The entrance to the studio has double-wide doors so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. The space is 3333 sqft and features everything that you'll need for your creative endeavors! 🚗 Parking 🚗 All-Day parking is available for $10 per vehicle and is payable with Cash. There are several truck loading bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 15ft freight elevator which is operated by an attendant. I love shooting here! You can't beat the view of DTLA, and the gear included is a huge plus. Danny is a great host and the space is top-notch.
Make sure to check elevator access. There is an extra fee for elevator on Sundays or after hours. And extra fees on food in trash. Bring your own trash bags. There is only 1 elevator for that building. And this is on the 4th floor. Parking was $10 per car. Seemed like everything you do is a fee. There are 2 chairs only for the HMU station. Bring some chairs for yourself and crew. The day we went happened to be a rainy day, so unfortunately we couldnt get the best view for our needs. The window sills look very Loft like. (rusty and industrial). Isn't bad if you're using it for that Loft East coast look. Looks convenient for a photo shoot. We were filming. Can get some good editorial looks from it. We would probably use again... during elevator hours.
Definitely will be returning, typical studio location, but very roomy, can definitely do bigger projects than what I did here so I will be returning with a larger one for sure. Perfectly priced great amenities. Literally no complaints. New favorite go to spot. I booked the last minute and for a late night shoot
Great space. Easy and comfortable to work in. Plenty of materials to use to create with. Exactly what we needed for an affordable price. Looking forward to working here again in the near future!
