I love shooting here! You can't beat the view of DTLA, and the gear included is a huge plus. Danny is a great host and the space is top-notch.
Make sure to check elevator access. There is an extra fee for elevator on Sundays or after hours. And extra fees on food in trash. Bring your own trash bags. There is only 1 elevator for that building. And this is on the 4th floor. Parking was $10 per car. Seemed like everything you do is a fee. There are 2 chairs only for the HMU station. Bring some chairs for yourself and crew. The day we went happened to be a rainy day, so unfortunately we couldnt get the best view for our needs. The window sills look very Loft like. (rusty and industrial). Isn't bad if you're using it for that Loft East coast look. Looks convenient for a photo shoot. We were filming. Can get some good editorial looks from it. We would probably use again... during elevator hours.
Definitely will be returning, typical studio location, but very roomy, can definitely do bigger projects than what I did here so I will be returning with a larger one for sure. Perfectly priced great amenities. Literally no complaints. New favorite go to spot. I booked the last minute and for a late night shoot

Thanks so much Danny! The studio was exactly what we needed for our last min shoot. Danny was well communicative! Studio was equipped with everything you need for a high level production! Parking was available downstairs for 10 dollars, accepts cash and venmo! Will book again 100%.
