About the Space
Welcome to our brand new production studio located just outside the Fashion District downtown, with a dedicated parking lot, large freight elevator, with AC, minimal street noise, and incredible natural light. A huge south-facing factory style window creates beautiful natural light. Sheer curtains to diffuse the light. Black-out curtains to control for artificial studio lighting. CYCLORAMA WALL: Our 3-sided cyclorama wall is included. Located in the interior of the studio away from the window making it easy to control the lighting. THE CYC WALL WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE A FEW MARKS ON IT UNLESS YOU PAY FOR A FRESH COAT OF PAINT PRIOR TO BOOKING (see add-ons). IN-HOUSE PHOTOGRAPHER: Save time by hiring our in-house photographer for your production. Experience in fashion, beauty, ecommerce, editorial and more! See add-ons. WINDOW LIGHT: 8 am - 11 am: indirect soft light 11am - 2 pm: direct light on the floor and bright throughout the room 2 pm - Sunset: direct light on the white freight elevator or seamless backdrop paper. You will want to read this review IMPORTANT INFO TO COME for anyone looking to book a space! I researched a lot of spaces before choosing this one. One of the reasons I chose it was because a friend recommended it, then what sealed it was how quick Brendan was to respond to me. From the start he was super accommodating, and even though I didn’t book right away he was always was flexible and made it super easy for me. Another thing was that I didn’t know if I wanted to bring my own lights or rent his and he let me book it without lights and then modify the booking. I also wanted to have a bigger white wall and he allowed me to use his bigger space. Also there were many times Brendan could have ripped me off or upsold me stuff I didn’t need but he was super honest and kind. I’d 100% recommend him and his space because he’s super helpful and won’t rip you off, which I can’t vouch if other locations would be there to help you out or just make money off of you. Brendan is your guy book his space! 100% satisfied with working with him!

really easy to use space with clear instructions and anything you might need lighting wise! minimal sound was good for filming! figuring out the parking took a bit of time and the elevator was out our day so just give yourself extra time for that if you can! but overall good experience and very grateful to have shot here! some of the set pieces looked like they had been through it a little so if you plan to use this space I would say just be delicate for the owner's sake!

Loved this place! The room was beautiful with great natural light and stylish furniture. Brendan was super helpful and easy to communicate with. He even helped us get elevator access outside of hours which made everything so much easier. Would definitely book again!
