About the Space
Welcome to our brand new production studio located just outside the Fashion District downtown, with a dedicated parking lot, large freight elevator, with AC, minimal street noise, and incredible natural light. A huge south-facing factory style window creates beautiful natural light. Sheer curtains to diffuse the light. Black-out curtains to control for artificial studio lighting. CYCLORAMA WALL: Our 3-sided cyclorama wall is included. Located in the interior of the studio away from the window making it easy to control the lighting. THE CYC WALL WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE A FEW MARKS ON IT UNLESS YOU PAY FOR A FRESH COAT OF PAINT PRIOR TO BOOKING (see add-ons). IN-HOUSE PHOTOGRAPHER: Save time by hiring our in-house photographer for your production. Experience in fashion, beauty, ecommerce, editorial and more! See add-ons. WINDOW LIGHT: 8 am - 11 am: indirect soft light 11am - 2 pm: direct light on the floor and bright throughout the room 2 pm - Sunset: direct light on the white freight elevator or seamless backdrop paper. Brendan was super nice! though we were accidentally double booked he let us use another similar space across that ended up being perfect for the shoot. He was super kind, giving us extra time with the room and overall was super accommodating and kind! The space was great, loved all the included lights and furniture and the ac was great in the heat :)

Super easy to use, very clean and beautiful space. It gets warm around sunset, but otherwise it was fantastic! Thanks so much! Also super great with communication, and very kind. Make sure to use the parking on site! Neighborhood is very industrial and run down

Had a fun shoot at this studio. Brendan was friendly and easy to communicate with. The studio has lots of great equipment to use and nice add-ons available as well. It has cool unique spots within the space to take photos. Would definitely rent out this studio again in the future!
