About the Space
Welcome to our brand new production studio located just outside the Fashion District downtown, with a dedicated parking lot, large freight elevator, with AC, minimal street noise, and incredible natural light. A huge south-facing factory style window creates beautiful natural light. Sheer curtains to diffuse the light. Black-out curtains to control for artificial studio lighting. CYCLORAMA WALL: Our 3-sided cyclorama wall is included. Located in the interior of the studio away from the window making it easy to control the lighting. THE CYC WALL WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE A FEW MARKS ON IT UNLESS YOU PAY FOR A FRESH COAT OF PAINT PRIOR TO BOOKING (see add-ons). IN-HOUSE PHOTOGRAPHER: Save time by hiring our in-house photographer for your production. Experience in fashion, beauty, ecommerce, editorial and more! See add-ons. WINDOW LIGHT: 8 am - 11 am: indirect soft light 11am - 2 pm: direct light on the floor and bright throughout the room 2 pm - Sunset: direct light on the white freight elevator or seamless backdrop paper. The space was beautiful, and Brendan was a wonderful host! Really appreciated how our access code to the space activated 10 minutes before our booking and 10 minutes after our booking. It was a nice gesture that immediately made us feel welcome in the space. Brendan was also at the studio space to check in with us and make sure we had everything we needed. The space itself is big and has everything you need. The natural light was perfect, and we appreciated having multiple areas within the studio for the shoot, plenty of space for our stuff, and a nice seating area. Highly recommend!

This space was perfect for filming my Pilates videos! I didn’t have to climb even 1 stair because of the ramp in the parking lot and the freight elevator. Brendan sent clear instructions and was very communicative when necessary. I’m definitely gonna use the space again!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the customer service that was provided. I was late to my original time slot due to an unfortunate accident that left me very distraught, and initially sought to extend my time, which would have cost me more money. However, the owner graciously told me I could stay for my full time whenever I arrived and that I wouldn’t have to pay extra, which took a great deal of stress off of me. The space was perfect with beautiful lighting, and even though I didn’t need any of the provided equipment, they had everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a space like this. 10/10.
