Our conference room can be scheduled in advance, and we offer discounts for half-day, full day and regularly scheduled meetings that, when combined, exceed 4hrs per month. Located inside our retail store on street level, we are very easy to find; your guests will not be wandering around looking for the conference room when your meeting is about to start. We offer 2 dedicated parking spaces in the parking lot in the back that conference room attendees are welcome to use. For additional guests, 2 and 4 hour parking is plentiful in the Eastlake Neighborhood. We are conveniently located 2 blocks from I-5 between the Downtown Seattle exits and University District exits. For a low-key neighborhood, you can’t get more centrally located than this. Within a half-block are coffee shops, restaurants, delis, a corner market, dry-cleaning and a couple fast food options. On site in our store is wifi, printer/copier/scanner/fax, internet computers for public use and shipping services for USPS, FedEx, DHL and more. Our rates are low, availability is high, all you have to do is call.
American Legion Hall

Antique 1904 ballroom originally used for a Boeing meeting hall. The space is most notable for its spacious wooden chamber featuring old growth douglas fir floors, wainscoting and millwork throughout. Large original windows on all sides of the chamber pour in natural daylight to the inhabiting art studios and the larger community areas.
Equipped with an expandable DMX control lighting system and state-of-the-art AV equipment, it’s got everything you need for a disco, fashion show, photo shoot or Las Vegas-style casino experience. It can also be a calm focused place for meetings, product launches, or training sessions. Modern amenities in the theater are thoughtfully blended into the historical elements of the building’s lower level with raw, board-formed concrete walls, unfinished Douglas fir support structure and polished concrete floors.
Convenient load-in and load-out is provided through a large roll-up door accessed through the alley. With a retractable wall, the theater can be split into two spaces, hence the Musings Gallery. The theater also has the added bonus of an elegant green room/bridal room equipped with a shower, sink, vanity, couch and comfy chairs. Theater amenities include a fully equipped prep kitchen, modern ADA rest rooms, a full air handling system and state-of-the-art AV and lighting equipment with a projector and retractable screen.

This newly renovated open dance studio is located in the University neighborhood. Baila District is a leading dance school with large dance space ideal for events, parties, photo shoots and more! The venue has a large versatile space, wide mirrors, tall ceilings, private bathrooms and full AV sound and lighting.
