About the Space

Our clean multipurpose venue is located in the heart of Historic Ballard and is available for your next film/photo project. This historic space features A/V with simple hook up to 70" screen gorgeous finishes, exposed brick, marble bar-tops and two separate floors each with their own bar. The space also includes a full kitchen for the caterer of your choice. All out of house catering/bartending. *Due to demand and volume of inquiries, we are unable to book Saturday events or events over a six months out on this platform

    We used the space for a Celebration of Life event. It was a perfect venue for this with two fully set up bar areas and a kitchen to keep catered food warm. Owner was very helpful in helping us coordinate with caterers, bartending service, banquet permit / insurance, etc. and was on-site during the event. AV setup and sound system was set up and ready to go. I'd recommend as a venue for parties and receptions.
