Prohibition-era cocktails, light fare & happy hour
Welcome to The Tin Lizzie Lounge, a perfect gathering place for your friends and family in the heart of Queen Anne. Located in the charming MarQueen Hotel, we are conveniently located a block from Seattle Center and the downtown bar scene. Affectionately named after the nickname of the Model T, The Tin Lizzie pays homage to it’s historic roots as the housing for the Ford assembly plant.
The Tin Lizzie is a cozy lounge available for private parties. We offer weekly drink specials, along with exciting monthly events. Sip on a handcrafted cocktail mixed by one of our expert bartenders and take in the prohibition-style of our neighborhood speakeasy.
Authentic and Cozy Italian Restaurant in Seattle
Corner restaurant in charming Madison Valley. Rustic, wood floors with exposed ceiling piping. Tuscan accents with four stool bar. Small patio adjacent to parking lot! Chef's counter.
Please note that pricing is dependent on day of week, time of shoot and length of shoot. We are a functioning restaurant, so would likely require closing for the day.
Viking Beer Hall in Seattle
Skål (meaning “Cheers”) is our interpretation of a Viking meadhall. The meadhall was the center of the community – a welcoming spot to gather and host visitors from afar. It was the hall where stories of adventure, exploration, and new ideas were shared and debated over food and drink. It was filled with cheer.
We aim to honor the Nordic roots of Ballard through a relaxed, communal beer hall experience – what we envision a Viking meadhall would be like today. This is our “Viking Living Room”.
The great hall offers a rotating selection of local and Scandinavian craft beer, cider, mead, wine, and aquavit. The open kitchen – inspired by the idea of a Viking butcher shop – features bar bites and shared plates that explore wild flavors from the woods and sea. Imagine gathering near a roaring fire at the edge of a fjord. Here is where you’d find our food. There are Nordic influences, traditional bar snacks, and a whole lot of meat (but meatballs are unlikely, sorry Grandma)!
Features of the hall include a massive fireplace, long communal tables, open kitchen, outdoor covered and heated pergola, games and shuffleboard area, large horseshoe bar, and one of the best views in Ballard of the Ship Canal & Olympic Mountains. Rustic, Viking-inspired elements are found throughout the space. Come relax with us!
