About the Space
***Please note that we only offer tours for all day bookings, thanks for understanding *** Once a 1930s mom-and-pop grocery store and later a costume rental shop, this mixed use building in Greenwood is getting a new life as a flexible creative space available for hourly rentals. The 500sf studio space features original fir hardwood floors, exposed brick, and great natural light make this an incredibly unique and flexible space. From yoga classes to photo shoots, artist rehearsals to small workshops, we look forward to welcoming you to our space. Features the charm of a Pioneer Square loft without the hassle of parking and stair climbing! PERFECT FOR: photo & video shoots, baby shower, engagement party, private fitness classes, intimate dinner parties. Featuring: 500sf flexible studio space 12’ ceilings Exposed brick wall Space can be left open or furnished depending on need Eclectic and colorful art and furnishings Large gold mirror on rollers Private entrance Private bathroom Historical vibes and great light Easy load-in access Your rental time includes a private bathroom, wifi, speaker with bluetooth, and furniture. Interested in filming the rest of the house? We are open to discussion. Total square footage of building is about 2,000sf. This is not only a rental space, it's our home! Owners live on premise but you will have private access to the studio space. You may from time to time see a cat or dog paw slide under the door. :-)

We hosted a small baby shower here and it was perfect. It’s difficult to find affordable spaces in Seattle. This spot is centrally located, street parking was easy, and the owner was responsive and flexible. The space had everything we needed and the decor is quirky and fun. Thank you!

I had an intimate girls party in this studio where we had food/ painting/ music and it was just perfect!! The studio is even more beautiful in person and very well maintained. The bathroom is a hidden gem! Also, the host was kind enough to lend an extra long folding table and chairs for my guests. Overall, my experience was great! I highly recommend this space for events!

Beautiful room! The pictures don't really do justice at all to how beautifully decorated the place was. I had an amazing experience minus a toilet flushing problem which it looks like they are working on fixing . Would highly recommend - the highlights were the accessories and vintage furniture as well as a bluetooth speaker :)

Excellent space! If you’re looking for a lovely, resonate space for rehearsing and recording wind or string instruments, this is the space. It’s nicely decorated, has large bathroom, and fit my saxophone quartet, and all of our equipment most comfortably. The pictures don’t do the space justice! Also, our host was absolutely lovely, and extremely communicative during the whole process, even with my last-minute booking late at night. Haha! (They saved our rehearsal! Thanks, K!)
