Charming Light-filled Space/Exposed Brick & Timber

We offer 1,000 - 4,500 square feet of production space available for video, film, photography and fine art uses. Green room(s) are available for an extra fee of $300 per day.
We don't have additional lighting, backdrops or other equipment on site, we rent the space as a blank canvas. 36" x 96" oak tables are available for use as well as white 98" length curtains on a cable track.
There are ample 110V power sources throughout the production space.
Production space is available for rent evenings M-F 7pm - 12am and weekends 24 hours per day.
The space is located in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood, just north of Safeco and Century Link Fields.
Hotel Meeting/Event Space by the Space Needle

Our property is perfectly located one block from the Space Needle with unobstructed views in half of our meeting rooms. We have ten different rooms that can be opened or divided by air walls, with all different sizes ranging from our cozy Executive Boardroom to our large Seafair Ballroom. In total we have 6,000 square feet of meeting space with tables and chairs, dance floor, risers, onsite AV equipment, free WiFi, and more. Within in our hotel there is also a restaurant and a bar/pub and a beautiful lobby with fireplace.

Fremont Abbey - built in 1914

Fremont Abbey is our main venue at 43rd & Fremont Avenue North in Seattle. The 1914 building was reopened in 2008 after undergoing major renovations including seismic, design, environment & visual improvements.
Now a beautiful & welcoming multi-use venue with a warm vintage style, the Abbey welcomes up to 250 people for events of many varieties including nonprofit galas, private weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, workshops, classes and more.

Our clean multipurpose venue is located in the heart of Historic Ballard and is available for your next film/photo project. This historic space features A/V with simple hook up to 70" screen gorgeous finishes, exposed brick, marble bar-tops and two separate floors each with their own bar. The space also includes a full kitchen for the caterer of your choice. All out of house catering/bartending.
