Industrial Venue - High Ceilings & Steel Beams is a warm, industrial‑modern event venue in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood, designed for gatherings that feel personal, creative, and effortless. With flexible layouts, abundant natural light, and a family‑run team focused on hospitality, the space adapts beautifully to everything from workshops and meetings to celebrations, productions, and community events. Ederer Hall offers 4,000+ sq ft of versatile event space with a capacity of up to 250 guests (294 fire code). The open‑concept main hall features rustic wood floors, high ceilings, and customizable lighting — a blank canvas that works equally well for corporate off-sites, nonprofit meetings, creative productions, weddings, and social gatherings. We include tables and chairs for up to 210 guests, and our flexible rental windows make scheduling simple for weekday or weekend events. Clients are welcome to bring in their preferred vendors, including catering, décor, and entertainment. Outside alcohol is allowed with a corkage fee, and we require the use of our in‑house bartenders for safety and consistency. Located in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood, the venue is easily accessible with ample free and paid parking options.
