About the Space

The location is 1700 sq.ft. Intimate Music and Performance venue for All Ages. This charming space comes complete with a stage and lighting for your theatrical imagery, two entrances and two multi-stall restrooms*, capacity 75**, with free parking and immediate access to the freeway. There is an addendum to the building which includes lobby, school area and a green room, which is also available with additional rental of $50/hr. Its purpose is to provide a safe, positive, and inspiring environment for musicians of all ages to explore and share their passion for music! Room acoustics and sound quality were the highest priorities in its design, and today it’s known for its cool vibe and warm atmosphere. This is the place for your live rehearsal or performance, video or interview shoot, or live streaming and audio recording! It can also be used for poetry and presentations, community gatherings and work meetings, and more! Amenities available are: A full lighting package + pulldown projection screen 40+ free parking spaces in attached lot Capacity 75** with Seating for 60 ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: Audio Engineering Full PA with subs 32 channel Midas Mixing Console with two monitor mixes (We can provide engineers for your technical needs.) Backline: Drums + guitar/ bass/ keyboard amps Mics & stands A 6’7” grand piano (optional)

    The venue got the job done, but I’d definitely say to have key personnel check key equipment & projection days before and to be there when they do- to ensure your event will run smoothly and without a hitch. That being said. KC was nice to work with.
