This school is located near a variety of top corporations, hotels, and retail companies and is only a few minutes from areas such as Hollywood, Koreatown, and Downtown Los Angeles. Not only is it in a first-rate location, but the facility itself is unique and great for filming. Boasting over 20,000 sq. ft. full of prime filming possibilities and angles, this two story school-structure includes an auditorium, classrooms, an outdoor school yard (can be turned to a parking lot) and a basketball court. Additionally, there are both indoor and outdoor staircases, lockers, an alleyway, and bathrooms. Offices and common areas are at hand. Great for projects that require an elementary school, charter school, college campus or vocational setup. Attached are pictures of the aforementioned spaces. Note the high ceilings, wide-open spaces, and clean setup. ( * Additional Site Rep fee of $50 per hour.)

Location worked out fantastic for all our scenes for our music video. Bracha was very communicative and worked quickly with me as we had just a few days to make our shoot happen.

Bracha was nice. However there were curve balls once we arrived at production day. Make sure to ask as many questions that pertain to your shoot as possible, including what kind of food is apparently allowed to be served on set. This is in regards to a snide comment given after the location team was late to arrive and slow to accommodate my already discussed needs with regards to the space.
