NewYork-style studio loft space in the heart of downtown Toronto's trendy Fashion District - wonderfully restored former garment factory, brick/beam/hardwood floors, 12' ceiling; can be configured with tables/chairs for group meetings/seminars/classroom, or left open for photo shoots and other creative projects; use of photo equipment (backgrounds, lighting) available at very reasonable rates.

    I booked this space for a dance video and was pleasantly surprised with it and the host. Richard was incredibly friendly and personable, he worked with us to make the space perfect for our filming needs and was overall a great conversationalist. The space was clean and had the exact vibe I was going for for our video shoot. I would definitely recommend!
