About the Space
This loft is a curated living space offering modern finishes, a functional kitchen and thoughtful interiors located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant. This open concept studio is bright, clean, cozy and artistic. The space has a neutral aesthetic, perfect for adding your own personal touches. The loft is a fully-furnished space with 10' ceilings, hardwood floors, abundant south facing natural light; which makes it an excellent venue for editorial, portrait, product, food, interior and lifestyle photo shoots. There is a fully-functioning minimal kitchen space that is especially great for food-related photo/video shoots. You will find various handmade artworks, ceramics and objects in the loft, which you are welcome to use. Extra features include a functional work desk, full bathroom, and in-suite laundry. The loft is also equipped with sheer curtains to allow for diffused lighting as well as black-out curtains for controlled lighting situations. Ample street parking available.
