Had a great shoot here! The loft is beautiful and gets flooded with light from two sides. The sexy sofa is the draw (prop wise), and works so well in the minimalist space. Easy to get to (parking lot right across the street), and easy communication with Candice. Would def shoot here again.

Such a beautiful space! Rented the space including upstairs and balcony for my small wedding ceremony. I was able to move the furniture and add my own decor with no issue and we got beautiful photos with the city in the background both through the windows and outside on the balcony. I know it doesn't show in any photos but the upstairs space is just a sort loft style with a bed in it, worked great for me to get ready in.

I am incredibly grateful to Cadice for the opportunity to shoot in her beautiful apartment! She was always very responsive and quickly answered all questions that arose. Despite the apparent simplicity, this apartment has great potential due to its unique location. Here, every wall works. The rays of the setting sun create a very beautiful pattern on the clean wall. On the rest - an impressive view from the windows or a picturesque staircase. The shiny floor also gives an amazing reflection. I'm highly recommend to anyone looking for artistic photography!

Just what we needed. Large open floor and windows looking north towards downtown, interesting stairs. Patio faces west but has smaller edge facing downtown.
