Located in Manhattan Beach. Any traveling business person will appreciate the nearness of LAX, which is only 4 miles, or about 10 minutes away. The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes from the office. On-site there is an open lot for parking at $20 per vehicle (cash upon exit), and plenty of metered parking on the street. A metro station is just 2 and a half miles from the building, that offers the Metro Green Line, and about half a mile from the building is a bus stop. This is a wonderful, large conference room that seats up to 12 guests, lots of natural light, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a beautiful glass dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! ***Please note we are only open M-F from 8:30am-5pm, and do not allow filming. Most of the furniture (including ping pong table) can be moved (or removed) upon request! There is approximately 1172 sq ft of workable space and another 225 sq ft of outside patio space. The floors are brand new polished concrete and everything is kept meticulously clean. The building is quiet, 3 stories (we're on the top facing Wilshire Blvd) and even have a slight view of the ocean, if it's not too overcast. Great space for filming office scenes, conferences rooms, or if you need an aesthetically pleasing space to work or be creative. The whole office is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and the conference room has a beautiful glass whiteboard! There are currently 5 chairs in the conference room but an additional 3 can be added upon request. Also, the conference table is comprised of 3 individual desks so they can be pulled apart / moved if needed.
