About the Space

Our space is a bright all-white 750 sq. ft. professionally furnished & decorated photography studio featuring a 16' tall white ceiling. Oversized windows have south facing exposure. Many of the home decor items styling the space like the rugs, vases and accent chairs are available for purchase from our online store. The studio is equipped with a Sonos sound system, steamer, garment rack, private bathroom, kitchen and other modern conveniences to make for a comfortable shooting experience. Green P street parking is available outside. There are two freight elevators in the building and two loading bays. If you require use of the freight elevator, please let us know in advance so we can direct you and help you with unloading. GENERAL RULES The studio cannot be used to shoot pornographic, violent, racist or any content that we may deem to contribute to the discrimination and harassment of others because of race, sex, disability and age etc. Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place and all messes/garbage cleaned up. The studio is not soundproof, so please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including any use of music. It is not ideal for video shoots with audio. There are 24/7 security cameras installed in all common areas of the studio, however, there are no cameras inside the bathrooms or the curtained change areas. The booking of space is for inside of the studio only. Please do not disrupt our neighbors in the building in any way. You cannot hang or attach anything from the pipes in the open ceiling. No animals allowed except for service animals. If you wish to bring an animal into the space, please contact us. The individual who made the initial booking must be present at all times during the appointment. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted. If your shoot includes alcoholic beverages we ask that only new and sealed bottles be used. Smoking is not permitted on studio premises. Please do not bring the following into the studio (If you absolutely require it for your shoot, please contact us: * Food or drinks (closed bottles and containers are permitted if it is the original packaging) * Candles, sparklers, open flames dry ice or smoke machines. * Glitter or confetti. * Anything illegal. Your booking is only for the room. If you would like to purchase any products please use our online store or speak to a member of our team. Please use indoor shoes or shoe covers when entering the studio rooms to protect the floor and the vintage rugs. Please do not step on the furniture in shoes. Wearing outdoor shoes in the studio will result in a minimum $200 cleaning fee added to your booking. If there are damages to the walls, fixtures, furniture, floor, props, or any other studio equipment, including extension cords during your booking, you will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of the item. Any damaged items listed in our online store will automatically be considered as sold at the most up to date retail price (+ sales tax) of the item. All damages will be verified with security footage. We require a security deposit of $300 for all bookings. You will be sent a secure link to a credit card authorization form on our website. This authorization will be held on your credit card for the duration of your booking and released in full once the studio is inspected and deemed to be free of damages or violations of our policies.
