The place was beautiful. Bathrooms were easily accessible. Mark was quick with his responses and I was able to view the place at my convenience. Wonderful venue for our event. We booked Martin's home for my father's memorial having never been there to check it out. It was gorgeous. Beautiful property, absolutely perfect. We used the bottom floor and were able to open up both sides of the living room, one that led to an outside porch and the other was a bank of floor to ceiling glass doors. There was a great cross breeze that all of the guests enjoyed. The kitchen was perfect for our caterer as well. He was able to stage all of the food in the kitchen and use the big square table as the place to put all of the food. The upstairs deck was super nice but we didn't need it. Martin was so easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond for us and made a special event even more special with his attentiveness and kindness. Parking was super easy for all 45 of our guests. Great location, easy to find. Five stars, awesome.

I rented this space out for my mom's memorial. Planning a memorial for my mom was the hardest thing I may have ever had to do but I have to say, the venue was the best part about he whole ordeal. Kay made everything so smooth and easy. She was so accommodating to everyone of my needs. Having never doing anything like this before, I am so thankful that I had someone like Kay on my side. I can't thank her enough. Hopefully I never have to do anything like this again but now that I know about this place I will definitely keep it in mind if I ever have an event in the future.
